NZ Isolation Accommodation

In an effort to assist our customers and those in New Zealand who need self isolation options, we have created a new website called NZ Isolation Accommodation.

This will allow those who need to isolate (travellers, health care workers, police and other public service staff) to have one place to go to learn what is available and to book directly with you, through your own booking engine and normal processes.

This is NOT an OTA – we are not the merchant and will not be charging any marketing or transactions fees. All booking will flow directly to you through your normal booking engine and reservation payment process.
 
We will also be launching a social media campaign to promote NZ Self Isolation Accommodation and advising all tourism and government entities that this site is available.

For our ResBook and Tomahawk Customers - please go to this link to advise us if you would like to participate and if you do, what rooms and or packages you want to offer. Each property will have a one-page listing with your details and link to book you directly. We will add to your listing page:

• Your property description
• The room/homes descriptions and images you want to offer
• The booking engine calendar link to those rooms/homes

To our ResBook customers - here are three ways you make your property fit for purpose right now:

1. Use your services module to create an “Isolation Support Package” which can be added to any of your rooms. You may want to offer for example meals and/or extra cleaning
2. We are also happy to extend to you up to 3 FREE lines so you can create Self-Isolation Package as a room type for a specific room/house.  
3. You may also want to create a new “special” which is a weekly or fortnightly rate and it is for example “7 nights for the price of 5” or even better a flat rate or a % off your normal rate. To view the article on how to set up a special Click Here

Currently, we will have to manually add your accommodations individually so please bear with us as our team works hard to include you as soon as possible.
 
Our intention is to open this opportunity to non-Tomahawk customers after all of you that want to participate have been added. We also look to develop functionality to allow you to login to self manage your listing in due time.
